Eagle Gold Mine Project
Mueller Enterprises Ltd. played a pivotal role in the successful construction and commissioning of the Eagle Gold Mine, one of the largest gold mining projects in Canada’s Yukon Territory. As a leading electrical contractor on site, Mueller delivered critical infrastructure and electrical systems that powered major operational areas of the mine.
Truck Shop Construction
Mueller completed the full electrical installation for the site’s Truck Shop, including the integration of a comprehensive fire alarm and fire suppression system. This vital facility supports the maintenance of the mine’s heavy equipment and was built to operate safely and efficiently under demanding conditions.
Conveyor Expansions – Heap Leach Facility
As the heap leach operation grew, multiple conveyor systems were added. Mueller handled the complete electrical installation—from 13.8kV main distribution down to the safety devices for each individual conveyor. These expansions were critical in increasing ore processing capacity and streamlining material handling.
13.8kV Power Distribution Upgrades
To support the mine’s growing electrical demands, Mueller upgraded breakers and collaborated with partner companies to install advanced protection systems and load break switches. These upgrades ensured safe, reliable power distribution across the site and enhanced the ability to isolate sections of the system for maintenance or emergencies.
